Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small and not as depicted in the photos, but they had effective roll-down shutters to block out light and noise. The cleanliness was satisfactory and had all the essentials despite the compact size. The service was friendly and helpful, with a central location ideal for exploring the city. However, the dining options were not as varied as expected, and there were discrepancies in pricing.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room did not resemble the advertised picture at all, making it very underwhelming. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The central location was convenient for exploring the historical city, but the dining options were not as great as expected.
The hotel is in the heart of the old town, offering a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. While the breakfast room can get crowded and the rooms are on the smaller side, the friendly staff and ideal location make up for it.
The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the old city and major attractions. The rooms, though small, have a lot of character but lack space for unpacking comfortably. The service was friendly overall, with some exceptions. Despite some noise and maintenance issues in the room, the location makes it convenient for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right next to Grand Rue and a short walk to Petite France, offering great convenience to explore Strasbourg. The staff was friendly, but the rooms felt quite cramped with a small shower room and no space for even a tiny suitcase. Despite the cozy rooms, the overall experience was impacted by the lack of air conditioning in the summer and noise disturbances during the night and early morning hours.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were great for people watching, had a tiny bath, and the breakfast room was often full with no available seating. While the breakfast itself was average, the rooms seemed newly remodeled and very clean.
